#BGReviewer: Dwight Yoakam
I had the pleasure, of seeing the timeless classic that is Dwight Yoakam last night. He did not disappoint, with hits such as, Little Sister, A Thousand Miles From Nowhere, Streets of Bakersfield and so many more!
He took time to honour such legends as, Merle Haggard, The Beatles, Chris Stapleton and Buck Owens. His multi talented bandmates helped brightened the experience in their sequenced jackets, of course not taking away from Mr. Yoakam in his signature tight fitting jeans, and denim jacket. He boogied his way across the stage, showing his 62 years young and youthful side.
The show lasted almost two hours, singing Suspicious Minds for his encore performance, which left the crowd, singing along. Although, it was not a sell out audience, his true fans , filled the stage with loud applause after each set, and danced happily by the stage. It was a pleasure to see this extremely talented man up close.
Overall a wonderful experience and a huge Thank You to Bud Gardens for the opportunity to see a true legend.
