What Is a Group?
For most of our shows, a group is 10 or more people. The number of people that qualify you for the Group Experiences discount varies per event and can be found on our Canada Life Place website by clicking on the Group Experiences tab.
Group Savings & Pricing
By bringing together a group of 10 or more, your group may receive special discounts and preferred seating on selected events at Canada Life Place. Certain events may offer group incentives on ticket purchase, this varies from event to event. Pricing is unique to each event and can be found on the event page.
Benefits to Being A Group Leader
By organizing the event you may earn rewards such as complimentary event tickets, unique experiences or merchandise. Incentives vary from event to event and are not always available. Please contact our Group Experiences department for more details.
How Do I Know What Events You Offer Group Tickets For?
Canada Life Place is constantly updating our Event Listings. For a current list of group ticket offers, visit the Upcoming Group Events page.
How Do I Book My Group?
Simply give the Group Experiences Department a call for dates, times and prices of the event your group is interested in and our staff will personally help you plan your group outing, provide the best available seating, and save you money. The deadline for ordering group tickets depends on the event.
Can I Cancel or Add to my Group Ticket Order?
If you need to add tickets to your order, contact our department, and based on availability, we will help you purchase additional tickets as close to the original order as possible. You cannot cancel your group ticket order once it is paid for as all ticket sales are non-refundable.
Are there Extra Fees on a Group Experiences Ticket Order?
When ordering tickets through Group Experiences, there is a $7.00 order charge, but no additional fees per ticket. Additional charges may apply depending on the ticket delivery method you choose but the ticket price is set no matter how many tickets you purchase.
Is There Event Parking Available?
Parking is located all around Canada Life Place, within walking distance, and includes city lots, private parking lots and metered parking. For bus or limousine parking please contact our Group Experiences department to make arrangements.
How Do I Pay For My Group Tickets?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted over the telephone or in person. Debit, Certified Cheques, and Money Orders can be made payable to the London Civic Centre Corp. Any cash or in-person payments must be scheduled in advance with our Group Experiences department.

- All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges
- Tickets are subject to availability
- Tickets will be issued upon receipt of full payment
