Donation Request
Canada Life Place is a proud supporter of many charitable initiatives and carefully considers each donation request that is received. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming amount of requests and the restrictions on our charity policy, not all requests can be granted. However, every effort is made to review each donation request in a timely and thorough manner. Donation requests can be submitted via the form below. Please note all requests require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to your event.

Please include the following information in your request:
- Event Name
- Event Date
- Event Details
- Beneficiary
- Contact Information (name, phone number and email address)
- Registered Charity or Non-Profit Number
- Delivery Address for Donation (if granted)
