Bag Policy
The Canada Life Place bag policy is designed to enhance the safety of all fans entering Canada Life Place as well as streamline the venue entry process to provide fans with a safe and enjoyable experience.
Large bags will not be permitted at entry to Canada Life Place, except for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the venue entrance. Guests will still be permitted to bring a clutch/bag no larger than 5" x 8" x 2", a 12" x 12" x 6" clear bag, or 1-gallon/3.7L plastic freezer bag into Canada Life Place. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the venue.
All medical bags and clutch purses are subject to search.
Bags Allowed
- Small Clutch/Bag - One small clutch per person. No larger than 5" x 8" x 2"
- 12" x 12" x 6" Clear Bag
- 3.7L Plastic Freezer Bag
Bags that do not get these descriptions will not be allowed in the venue. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the venue entrance.
Bags Prohibited
- All purses, bags, or containers larger than a small clutch bag of 5" x 8" x 2"
- Computer Bags
- Backpack
- Camera Bags
- Coolers
- Cinch Bags
- Luggage of any kind
- Briefcases
*An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the venue entrance.
What happens if I take public transportation or uber?
We don't have a bag check on site. Prohibited bags will not be allowed inside regardless of transportation to the arena.
Can I bring a clear bag?
Clear bags that are 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller, and 1-gallon plastic freezer bags are allowed in the venue. Anything larger than the accepted bag size will be prohibited.
I have medical items, can I bring a bag?
Yes, bags used exclusively for medical equipment will be allowed inside. These bags are subject to search upon entry.
Can I bring a diaper bag?
Yes, small diaper bags are allowed inside with a child. The diaper bags are subject to search upon entry.
